Your new custom frame was handcrafted in Old Fort Tennessee. It was built by the same person who built the website, answered the phone when you called, and packaged the frame for shipping to you.
I have done everything possible to make your purchase experience exciting and rewarding. I have also worked hard to build your frame to meet your requests and requirements. I know your ownership experience will be all that you hoped for.
Justice Madison Cycles warrants the frame to be free of defects for 2 years. You have purchased art that you can ride.
This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, impact, or neglect. It does not cover damage done by you or anyone else assembling the frame and components.
If your Justice Madison frame does need repair or replacement because of material or workmanship defects in the first 2 years you must contact me before sending it back via email or telephone. You are responsible for shipping charges back to me and I will pay for shipping charges back to you for any warranty work. This shipping detail only applies to covered warranty work. All new frames are shipped to you at your cost.
